I bought 250 of these at a very good price so I don’t want to complain but…… I would never pay their full price. They are metabolised very quickly and the excessive Vit B is just passed through the body. You can see it as you pass urine. Basically just passing them through.

Good vitamins, should cover about all your needs (consider buying Vitamin D as well because 5 µg is a little bit under what you may need). I really felt a difference taking that pills. BUT… I had to stop because they contain a nicotin derivative that caused me itching and weird skin feeling… Also taste is really difficult to swallow…
